  • Returning Families: If you applied last school year, please submit a new application for this school year.

Eligibility Application & Enrollment Process

Note: Completing the application does not guarantee enrollment. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please gather all required documents electronically before starting your application.

  • Eligibility Form
  • Start by filling out the online Eligibility Form, available in both English and Spanish.
  • This is a preliminary step and does not finalize your enrollment.

  • Pre-K Registration Form (For children turning 4 by September 1, 2024)
  • Download and complete the Pre-K Registration Form in English or Spanish.
  • Submit the completed form via email to the Enrollment Specialist at your selected center.

  • Child Nutrition Form
  • Complete the required Child Nutrition Form once your child has been accepted.
  • Submit this form through your enrollment portal.
